Security & Privacy

Quench & Temper uses the best in secure server technology for all transactions on the site.  The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.  In addition, all of your customer data is protected against unauthorized access.

Quench & Temper promises not to sell, give, lend or otherwise distribute your personal information without your permission to any other company or association that is not part of the processing or shipping of your wine order.

Quench & Temper has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy.

 

Shipping Policy:

The shipping policies of Quench & Temper, LLC follow all shipping of alcohol laws and regulations and we do not ship to AL, DE, KY, MS, OK and UT.  We use a leading provider called Pack n’ Ship Direct, a California Corporation to fulfill all shipping.  We do require all purchases to be made by someone 21 years of age or older.  A signature and a driver’s license at time of delivery is also required to verify the recipient is at least 21 years of age.  We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Couriers and methods vary from state to state, to optimize quality control and expediency.  Once the carrier picks up your package (s) from our fulfillment house, tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be emailed directly to you.  Please be sure that an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipment when it arrives on the scheduled delivery day.  In the event of extreme weather conditions, Quench & Temper may delay shipping.  All shipping issues must be acknowledged within 30 days of original ship date for attempted resolution.  A restocking fee of 15% will apply to cancelled orders.

ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY A PERSON 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER UPON RECEIPT, SO PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCORDINGLY.  QUENCH & TEMPER RECOMMENDS SHIPPING TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT, SHIPPING FEES INCURRED TO RESHIP ORDERS RETURNED TO QUENCH & TEMPER DUE TO FAILED SIGNATURE AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

 

Refund Policy:

Our refund policy is on a case-by-case basis.  All sales are final, product can be returned only if the wine is corked and the bottle is returned for our analysis.  We can replace the bottle or refund the customer at our discretion.

 

Mailing List Policies:

Many of Quench & Temper’s wines are available only to our mailing list customers.  We offer our wine once a year, in the fall.  If you want to sign up for our mailing list, you may do so here:  sign up.  If you are a mailing list member, you can log in.

All communications from Quench & Temper are sent by email.

Mailing list members are responsible for notifying the winery of any changes to shipping information at least two weeks prior to the published ship date.

Mailing list members shipping their orders must receive their shipments in one of the states listed under “Shipping Policies”.
